Learning to make tinctures and liniments is a useful way to preserve and take your herbs, and it can save you a bunch of money. Using tinctures as a way to take your herbs is beneficial because they are a concentrated dose, and after the easy initial prep, takes no time to prepare and are easy to administer. They also have long shelf lives (much longer than the dried herb alone would have) and are incredibly stable if stored correctly; they also take up less room than bulky dried herbs. You also have control over the quality and strength of your tincture, and can easily make personalized blends. Tinctures and liniments are made the exact same way, the only difference is that liniments are for external use only, such as to dry, draw, and disinfect wounds or treat deep muscle pain, while tinctures are taken internally.

ed note–one of the things that unfortunately far too many ‘truthers’–and especially those dedicated solely to ‘Palestinian’ issues–don’t seem to get is that the ‘Jewish problem’ extends way beyond simply Palestine. Iraq has been destroyed, along with Libya, Syria, Yemen, and elsewhere, and it is not simply a ‘Middle East’ issue, as these same warlords are also out to get wars started with Russia and China as well.
Trump–like him or hate him–is a thorn in the side of organized Jewry, his statement concerning good relations with Russia and China being just one of many that has made him enemy # 1 as far as the synagogue is concerned. I understand why those in the Islamic community are made irate by what appear to be anti-Islamic statements on his part, but you have to see past that momentarily in understanding the nature of the very sophisticated political game being played…

Quick rant here…
When one hears an excuse enough times, especially one that is blatantly outrageous in its underlying con-text, it sometimes causes one to boil over with the urge to lash out and utterly destroy the character of the one using the excuse.
In this case, having just heard such a term used for the 100th time at least, I’d like instead to practice my repose and dissect the problem calmly and rationally.
It is often the case that people in their discourse and cognitive dissonance use the term “wordsmith” in a dualistic fashion to defend whatever disposition they find themselves in. This term is used as a single phrase that implies a two-fold meaning, one being the defensive notion that “I am not a wordsmith,” while at the same time offensively inferring that “only a wordsmith would say such things.” In other words, the use of this term singlehandedly stops…

Often unrecognized and unacknowledged, it seeps in, as a person lives his life, as he repeats the same actions over and over, as he unknowingly focuses on the same thoughts colored by the same attitudes.
His space stagnates. It also shrinks. He becomes imprisoned in it.
He often fails to see this.
But what he once experienced as the electricity of being alive fades away.
If he is to renew himself, he will need to do it a number of times during his life.
What is the key?
The answer comes from understanding that what already exists in the physical world and in his mind does…
